How does the free trial work?
We offer a 30-day free trial to all our customers. During this time, you will be able to test every feature, integrate your sales channels, process orders, and generate postage labels and other documents.
What is an ‘Order’ in your pricing bands?
An ‘Order’ in ChannelShipper is anything imported from a channel, or created manually, for which you have generated a postage label.
What happens if I go over your order limit in a month?
Congratulations for your success! If you exceed the maximum number of orders for your pricing tier, we will adjust your pricing band and charge the difference. There are no other fees or hidden charges.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We don’t try to lock you in with long contracts. After the free trial, you pay per month, and can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do, we will keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. If you upgraded to ChannelShipper from a Royal Mail Click and Drop account, your account will be reverted back to a Click and Drop and account, and you will keep any data, integrations, orders, and products you have created.
Do you offer a money back policy?
14 days after you first subscription payment is taken, if for any reason if you decide to cancel, you will be offered a full refund.
